Item Status
Items you are intending to purchase may be sold out by the time we can confirm your order even though stated as available during the time of ordering. If an item you have ordered become out of stock before we accept the order, we shall notify you as soon as possible. Should the item that you ordered is out of stock, full value will be refunded.
Delivery
All our local deliveries are being delivered by Singpost.
We greatly encourage customers with more than 2 items to take up registered mail. For customers who opt for normal mail, we will not be held responsible if the parcel is lost or damaged during delivery.
Payment
We only accept ATM/Internet and Interbank Transfer at the moment.
To be fair to the other customers, we reserve the right to release your ordered items if we do not receive payment within 48 hours after your order.
Product Info
We try our best to show you the items in their best form, however, the actual colour may differ slightly due to lighting or different monitor display setting. All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. All the prices stated on the site are final and non-negotiable.

Whitelabelroom does not take responsibility for products within 1-2 inch difference in measurement. We do not take responsibility for any damage caused after washing or when ordered items do not fit. In such instances, no return will be accepted. So do check thoroughly before ordering and purchasing ya. =)
Returns
We are committed to provide you with quality products. However in the case of any faulty or wrong items being sent to you, we would be glad to do an exchange or full refund if the particular item is out of stock. For exchange, please mail it back to us in the original condition within 5 days upon receipt of the items and write your name and address at the back of the envelope. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item does not reach us within the given time frame.

WhiteLabelRoom will not be responsible for any product damaged by mail or
postage. But we will ensure you that all items will be properly packaged before mailing them out.
